If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand your options and the steps involved.

We aim to make every return and refund experience as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our customer care team is available to assist you throughout the process.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused and unworn
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Item is in resaleable condition
  • Faulty, damaged, or wrong item received

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Tags removed or damaged
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces
  • Intimates and undergarments (hygiene)
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Follow these steps to request a return. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email us at info@azlanshahzad.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Await Confirmation

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include your RA number and proof of purchase inside the parcel.

Ship the Item

Send the parcel to our address: 50-G First Floor, DHA Phase 1 Commercial Market. We recommend using a tracked courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty or wrong item dispatched). Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days.

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Specify the item you wish to exchange and your preferred size or colour
  • Items must meet all return eligibility criteria above
  • Exchange shipping costs are shared — we cover outbound delivery for the replacement item
If your preferred size or colour is no longer available, we will offer you a store credit or a full refund instead.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologise and will resolve the matter as a priority.

  • Attach clear photographs of the fault or damage
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

  • A full refund to your original payment method
  • A free replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit to the full value of the item
Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly dispatched items will be covered in full by Azlan Shahzad.
